Die-ary of Beverly ann doe
“Beverly, wake up!” a voice yelled. I sat up and my face went to it's usually melancholy expression. My older brother, Bradley, opened the door and walked over to my bed. He started to push my dark bangs out of my face, but I stealthily reached out and slapped his hand. As Bradley started to rub his hand my bangs fell back into place. “Breakfast.” he informed me while walking out of the small bedroom. I have a small room with gray carpet and plain white walls. I'm a simple person and the only things in the room were a bed, a desk, a light, a closet, and a hamper. I stepped out of bed and straightened my white night gown. It had a striking resemblance to a hospital gown, except it had a full back. As I staggered to the kitchen my step-mom, Carrie, was making pancakes. With my black hair still over my eyes and quickly ate and consumed some toast. Even though I couldn't see Bradley and Carrie staring at me, I knew they were. Then I hurried to get ready for school. School my least favorite place. At school I sat alone in my usual corner seat. I creepy grin drew across my face. My hands were in fists on my lap and my head was looking down staring at them. My eyes just stared into the plainness of my school gown. A black and white knee high dress. It looked a lot like my night dress, but with this I looked like I just got out of prison. “Who should be my next victim?” I mumbled to myself quietly. You see, dear reader, I have many things I have yet to share with you. If you share these stories or you stumbled upon to this death die-ary by accident, then your my new five o'clock on Thursday! See you soon... now let's see, new victim, new victim. This is always the hardest part, you have to find the right deserving person, or else this was all purpose. But, you can always get the new person next time. I was consumed in my deep thoughts but, Jackie had to break my train of thought with her annoying laugh. My head slipped up and looked to my right. There sat Jackie head thrown back in laughter, chest moving up and down rapidly. The rest of the class and I were as silent as night. Jackie told jokes all the time, but she was the only one who laughed at them. Her laugh, oh her laugh is the worst. It's high pitched, squeaky, and the occasional snort slips out. After a second or two it's just down right obnoxious. “A sign!” I said with my haunting voice gaining volume. “A sign! You,” I said with my left index finger pointed at her, “will be next.” my right hand's fingers curled with tension and my gruesome laugh increase volume immensely. Jackie's laughing stopped and her pupils grew small when she saw me laughing and pointing at her. My black rugged was still draped over my eyes, but I felt her fear. The rest of the class stared at us in awe. I got up onto the desk slowly. The teacher, Ms. Manderlee tried to stop me, but no one commands me what to do. “Jackie, you will meet Owen very soon.” I hissed. Ms. Manderlee then came over to me and opened her mouth to yell. But she suddenly stopped. Then I knew that she had seen my eyes. Nothing was bad about them, but they were bright red or as I like to call them, 'demon eyes'. I leaped down and took my seat again. Ms. Manderlee then started on about the annual 9th grade camping trip. “We will be going to Camp Indigo across state.” she stated. The boys 'whooped' and clapped and the girls squealed with excitement and looked in their friend's direction to arrange being bunk-mates. “Now, now, it appears that you all have bunk-mates.” Ms. Manderlee continued. Jackie raised her hand. “Yes?” “I do not have a bunk-mate.” Jackie stated nervously. I immediately raised my hand after her statement. “Same.” I answered creepily. “Perfect! You two are now bunk-mates!” Ms. Manderlee exclaimed. Jackie's expression was grim. A twisted smile crossed my face, and my melancholy laugh filled the small classroom. Jackie gulped loudly and laughter increased.
Carrie welcomes me at the door with the usual smile and wave. My book crashed on he ground the second both my feet entered. Slowly I walked to my room. Once entered I closed the door and went to my desk drawer. “Oh Owen, you'll be in use again soon.” I whispered holding up nine inch butcher knife. The knife had dried blood on the jagged side. “'Tis time for a bathing session, Owen.” I picked up the knife and headed to my bathroom. My hand turned to knob to the warm side and I grabbed a towel. As I slowly cleaned Owen, someone knocked on my door. “Beverly! Dinner!” Bradley shouted. “Brad... I'm busy.” I grumbled back in a eerie manner. “Now Beverly!” he shouted back. “I'm busy!” I shouted back getting annoyed. He then threw open the door and walked towards the bathroom. I felt no use in hiding Owen. Might as well use him to my advantage. I wasn't fond of Bradley, even if he is my brother I still don't like him. He stood in the door way mouth hung open. “Would you like meet Owen now or later?” I asked holding Owen up. Brad gulped and stood in shock. “Or you could obey me and you'll never have to meet him.” I added. “The last one please..” he said in a shaky voice. “Very well.” I replied. Then then shooed him away with Owen. “Time to pack for camp.” I said looking at the butcher knife. It was clean enough to see my refection. I must admit, I scared myself. I laughed slipped out before I returned to my room to pack for camp. I wrote a checklist of what I'll need this week.

Satisfied, I walked to the kitchen and made more toast. Toast is good anytime of day, which is why it's the only thing in my diet, besides water. It explains my pale complexion and skinny frame. After shoving those pieces of toast down my throat I'm off to bed. Have a haunting night death die-ary.
'Tis the day my 9th grade class goes to Camp Indigo. Yaaa-hooo. Actually I'm quite excited, Jackie will be gone by the end of the trip. I just have to plan out a few bugs. But I could really just kill anyone that got in the way. I just realized that I've been writing everything down in perfect detail. I hope that is not found weird, but who ever offends me or annoys usually ends up dead so it probably doesn't matter. I sighed. There I go again! I'm narrating everything I do! Killers don't write books! ARG! Oh well, I'll just continue. I stumbled out to the quaint front porch. I had a book bag and one single bag for everything else. For I needed no more no less. Bradley waved goodbye with a happy smile on his face. I pointed down at the bag and the smiled wiped clean off his face. Carrie hopped in and started the car. She backed out the drive and way headed for the school. The bus would then pick me up there and take me to the soon-to-be-death-site. Carrie tried multiple times to push the air out of my face. Each time she failed. We soon arrived at the school and I stepped out of the gray mini-van. “Bye honey.” Carrie said a little to happy. I grabbed my bags and walked onto the bus. When I sat down in the back all the surrounding students were quiet. They feared me, and I liked it this way. After a short while the bus began moving towards our destination. The camp wasn't far and the ride was only about 45 minutes. When we arrived one by one my classmates hopped out. We were then directed to our cabins. I insisted on Jackie taking the bottom bunk, and she knew better than to argue. “Dinner! Line up with your bunk mate!” the teacher called. The girls in my cabin then lined up in two lines and went to dinner. The walk there was boring and the scenery was just tress. Annoying birds, all they do is chirp. Maybe I need to kill one of them for them to get the message. I reached in my pocket and drew out a dart. I stopped and let the rest of my line pass before aiming. I then threw the dart and it nailed that annoying creature right in the head. I then fell backwards and started falling to the ground. I grinned and continued walked. When I sat down the Ms. Manderlee came over to me. “Beverly, no harming the wildlife. You've been here not even an hour and the camp wants you to leave. Please behave.” she said with some anger in her voice. “Sure, Ms. Manderlee.” I answered. She then left the table and my dinner of soup and salad continued.
It is now close to midnight and everyone but I is sound asleep. I grabbed own and my duct tape and stuffed them in my bag. I stealthily hopped down I poked Jackie. She jumped before hissing, “What? I'm trying to sleep!” “I have to pee! Now c'mon.” I lied. “Fine.” Jackie said putting her shoes and coat on. She didn't question why I had my bag with me but I can assume she thinks its for something else. I opened the door and walked towards the woods. “I hope you remember where I the bathroom is, cause I sure don't.” Jackie whispered. “I perfectly remember.” I said maliciously. “I have a flashlight so I'll go first.” she said walking in front. “That's even more perfect!” I said, “I think I have one too.” I opened the bag and grabbed the duct tape and Owen. I loudly ripped off a piece of tape and help one end in each hand. “What was th-!” she started saying while turning around. But she was cut off when I shoved the tape over her mouth. I jumped on top of her and taped her hands and feet together. She thrashed left and right violently. She tired to scream but it was very muffled and just about inaudible. She laid back down on a pile of leaves while I thought of the perfect way to finish this. Jackie was still thrashing and trying to scream. “Your shouts, screams, yelps, and pleads for help are futile. We are to deep into the forest. No one can hear you, therefore no one is coming to help.” I told her in a gruesome voice. I found a rock and started sharpening Owen. The could see her eyes getting small with fright. My adrenaline was pumping and I was ready. Everything was planned out perfectly. The cool late September air blew through the forest. “Lets try something new.” I hissed. I took Owen and starting ripping her clothes to treads. “By the way Jackie, this is Owen. And you owe-n him your life.” I whispered. Soon her shirt was just strips on fabric on the ground and her pants looked like streamers. “I'm gonna let you keep your dignity by keeping your underwear.” I told her. There she was laying on a pile of leaves in nothing but undergarments. I wanted to 'up' he scary level by wondering around doing nothing. I could feel her mood slightly lighten. I couldn't allow this, I got a good grip on Owen and jumped around. I threw Owen at her from nine feet away. He nailed her right in the left thigh. A smile grew across my face as I dragged the knife down to her knee. She knew that her screams were pointless, and she kept quiet. But by the wincing she was doing in knew I was causing immense pain. I had her out here with me for about three hours now and she would be staying here many more. I leg was bleeding, beautiful rich red blood. I dipped my fingers in it a wiped it on her face. Now here face and leg were painted in blood. I cleaned off Owen in a nearby stream as her face became more and more pale. Jackie was losing tons of blood just by one little leg cut. I refuse to have something this tiny kill her. I paced back in forth. Jackie fell unconscious and a walked over to her limp body. The little life left in her was fading fast. I lifted Owen up before hissing, “Goodbye Jackie. See you in hell!” I then thrust the knife down into her chest cavity. The body jolted slightly and I knew she was done. Quickly I packed all of my things before removing the duct tape and disposing it into my backpack. The sun started rising and I ran to the bathroom. I went into the showers and bathed myself and washed Owen. When I returned to the cabin everyone was just waking up. “I needed morning shower. I said walked over to my bunk. I set my bag down and climbed up onto the top and stared out the nearby window. “Beverly! Where's Jackie! Did you see her in the restroom?” Ms. Manderlee asked worriedly. “No I did not see her. I sure hope she's ok.” I lied. Ms. Manderlee clapped her hands and the whole cabin went silent. “We're going on a search and rescue mission ladies! Go get dressed and hurry these are precious moments that may be Jackie's life.” she ordered. The my classmates then all hurried out of the cabin, clothes in hand. I waited outside the cabin, back pack on, with Ms. Manderlee. When everyone returned we split up into groups girls and boys. I went with Ms. Manderlee's group. “We should check the woods for our dear classmate.” I suggested. “Great idea, Beverly. C'mon girls. The boys will check around here with Mr. Keggers.” Ms. Manderlee then lead us into the woods.
Then early morning sunshine shown beautifully through the leaves. We were approaching were I had left Jackie. My classmates and I called out her name, even though I knew it was pointless. But I had to play along. “Jackie! Jackie!” we called. “Eeeek! Girls,go get the camp director! Don't come here.” Ms. Manderlee shrieked. My classmates followed her orders but I stayed behind Ms. Manderlee. “Beverly, I don't want you to see this.” she told me holding in screams. “I can handle it.” I said stepping forward.
